Stop making excuses and make changes in your life. If you want things to be different then start making changes. You can start with something little and easy.
If you want your body to be different then do something about it. If you have not been exercising then start moving. Take a walk, ride a bike, dance around your house to your favorite music or anything where your body is in action.
You have to start somewhere. You can join a exercise class, boot camp classes or higher a personal trainer. You can start moving on your own. There is no excuse. Just move.
If you have been exercising and not seeing results it's time to be honest with what you are doing. Check into how much time you really are moving your body and be VERY honest with your food and drink intake.
If you body is not making changes something needs to change.
I have clients who come up to me a specific question about the changes being slow or stuck in their body. I ask them if they are eating good and often they say "I did today". Well, be clear to know if you have a weight loss goal eating good 2 or 3 days a week is not going to get you to your goal. It's not a game. If you want your body to change you have to make the changes.
Common sense, if you body is not changing you need to change something you are doing. Simple as that.
If something is working don't fix it. If something is not working FIX IT.
Be honest and good to yourself and your body. You are the ONLY one who can make it happen. You can have help attend boot camps and have personal trainers, but it is up to you to be honest with yourself and just do it. Like Nike says... "Just do it"
