Eat the foods that create the body you want, not the body you hate. It is that simple.
If you are over weight and don't like your body, change your food. Of course you have to exercise too and move your body.
You can exercise a lot, but if you are eating food that does not support the body you are trying to create for yourself, you won't get the results you want.
